I am May Sato Bouziri, a Tunisian-Japanese architect. My work explores the intersections between computational thinking and local socio-cultural practices. I am a MSc candidate at the faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment at TU Delft and I hold a HBA in Architecture from the University of Toronto.

I am especially interested in the deconstruction and reuse of building materials. And to rethink architecture design and history through a question of reuse, to consider buildings as repositories for not only materials, but of knowledge and past practices that may become part of new value systems.

Most recently, I held internships at Florian Busch Architects (Tokyo) and at Lina Ghotmeh Architecture (Paris). Currently based in Delft, Netherlands.
